What makes this a power smoothie? All of the super foods of course! Such a deliciously vibrant way to start your day.

Tip: Superfood powder is in your local natural store. Look for spirulina, dulse and chlorella in the ingredients list.

Serves 2


  • 8-12 oz Evolution Fresh™ Sweet Greens and Lemon
  • 1 heaping tsp Superfood Powder
  • 1 tbs Chia or Flax Seed
  • 2 leaves Chard (cleaned & without stems)
  • 2 leaves Kale (cleaned & without stems)
  • 1 handful Baby Spinach (washed)
  • ¼ Cucumber (peeled)
  • ¼ Pear or Apple (cored)
  • 4 pieces Frozen Mango, Pineapple or Peach
  • 3-5 ice cubes


    • Step 1

      Prep and wash your ingredients.

    • Step 2

      Load your blender with fruit, seeds and powders at the bottom (these will liquefy easily so they can then pull in the leafy greens).

    • Step 3

      If the ingredients are not blending easily add more liquid.

    • Step 4

      Blend for 60-90 seconds.

    • Step 5

      Drink and enjoy!
