With summer in full swing and the weather hitting peak heat, the freezer has been calling out more than ever. Since I’ve had more time on my hands and have been staying indoors as much as possible, I’ve been getting more ambitious in the kitchen. And last week, I came up with a new favorite recipe – and better yet, one you can whip up during happy hour. 😉

Introducing the newest version of champagne popsicles, infused with Organic Vital Berry juice, a combination of mood-boosting berries, and mango, apple, and orange.

Super refreshing and simple to make, these popsicles can stand alone, or drop them in a glass and add champagne to shake things up! Perfect for your next social distance backyard brunch, or perhaps a simple quarantine pick-me-up?


  • 1 bottle of Organic Vital Berry
  • Champagne (or sparkling wine of your choice)
  • ½ cup of Strawberries
  • ½ cup of Blueberries
  • Special equipment: Popsicle molds and sticks or ice tray


    • Step 1

      Pour Vital Berry into each mold, making sure to leave at least ½ inch space on the top for additional toppings

    • Step 2

      Sprinkle in a few sliced strawberries and blueberries into each popsicle mold until filled to the brim

    • Step 3

      Place lid on molds and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until popsicles are hard (ideally overnight)

    • Step 4

      Run the bottom of each mold with warm water to loosen popsicles

    • Step 5

      Place each popsicle into a separate glass and top with your favorite champagne!
