What is Evolution Fresh™?
Evolution Fresh is a new approach to offering pure, natural juices and foods to provide customers accessible, delicious nourishment. The brand will offer a line of bottled beverages made with pure juice— clean and delicious. The Evolution Fresh retail store will offer juices and foods that are alive with fresh‐picked flavor and bursting with bright color and vibrant, pure taste, through the creation of a differentiated brand and experience.
What makes Evolution Fresh™ a unique health & wellness experience?
Evolution Fresh cracks, peels, presses, and squeezes its own raw fruits and vegetables. After cold pressing and squeezing the juice, we use an innovative technology called High Pressure Processing (HPP) to retain more of the flavors, vitamins and nutrients of raw fruits and vegetables. Leveraging the company’s consumer products group and retail store expertise, customers can enjoy Evolution Fresh products through grocery channels and a retail store experience.
What is High Pressure Processing (HPP)?
Through the use of High Pressure Processing (HPP), which allows us to safely process juice without the use of heat, Evolution Fresh is able to deliver one of the only “never heated” juice products that retain more of the flavors, vitamins and nutrients of raw fruits and vegetables.

Evolution Fresh offers a wide variety of fruit and vegetable juices for refreshment, hydration and nutrient needs, including protein and fiber‐focused offerings. What is the shelf life of an Evolution Fresh™ bottled juice? Do the juices need to remain refrigerated?
Evolution Fresh™ bottled juices must be refrigerated to maintain their quality and delicious taste up to 30 to 45 days after the day we press it for you.
What is the nutritional profile of Evolution Fresh™ juices?
We’re proud of the high‐quality ingredients used to make the juices. Evolution Fresh maintains more of the flavors, vitamins, minerals and enzymes of raw fruit and vegetables. For nutritional information about each product, visit www.evolutionfresh.com.
Do the juice offerings change with the seasons?
Yes, just as certain fruits are only available certain times of the year, some of our juices are only available based on the seasonality of the fruit. For example, in a typical year we sell tangerine juice from January to July due to the availability of the fruit.
